About your tutor
Hi, I’m Katy – a primary teacher with a maths specialism, a mechanical engineer and the face behind The STEM Hut! I have a passion for all things STEM, and love seeing young people’s faces light up when they connect what they’re learning in lessons with what’s happening in the real world. I thrive when finding unique, practical methods that make things click and bring the fun back into their learning.
How sessions work:
- 45 minute online sessions
- One-to-one support
- Flexible daytime and after-school availability
- Term-time blocks with optional holiday sessions
